Staff tap Clock in on their phone and allow location once. AjoWork compares it with your work site. If it is outside the area or the GPS is weak, the entry is flagged for a manager to review. It is never punished automatically, and we never track location in the background.
No. AjoWork prepares payroll and payslips only. Your company pays staff through its own bank.
The owner sets the rates in Settings. The starting values are placeholders, so confirm them with a qualified Nigerian payroll adviser before real use.
Only people your company allows. Salary is limited to the owner and payroll roles. Documents can be opened only by the person and HR or the owner, and every download is logged.
On the sign in page tap Forgot password, enter your email and open the link we send you. It works for one hour. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Create a free profile, switch on open to work, and employers can send you interview invitations. Your phone number stays hidden until you accept.
It lets employers share references about past staff, with the candidate consent. Misconduct reports stay allegations until the employer records a hearing or police outcome, and the person can reply.
Tap the flag on the post. Two flags hide it for review, and moderators can remove it or suspend the author. Never pay anyone to get a job.
